Dropped Pin Co. ("we," "us") is a local SEO and content business based in New Braunfels, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through droppedpinco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you fill out our snapshot request form, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, website or Google Maps link, the service you're interested in, and your message.
- Emails and calls. If you email or call us, we keep that conversation so we can respond and follow up.
- Basic site statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see general visitor counts and which pages are viewed. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To prepare your free Google snapshot and respond to your request
- To contact you about services you asked about
- To provide services if you become a client
- To understand, in general terms, how our website is used so we can improve it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Services we use
A few trusted services help run this site and may process your information on our behalf:
- Formspree receives and delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on the site.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
Client accounts
If you become a client, you may give us manager access to accounts such as your Google Business Profile, website or social media. We use that access only to do the work you've approved, keep it confidential, and remove ourselves when our work together ends. You remain the owner of every account.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information only as long as it's useful for responding to you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
